What is Childwise?

Our Vision

We imagine a world where behaviour is met with understanding, children are supported rather than managed, and skills are prioritised over punishment.

Because when we look beneath the surface, everything starts to make sense.

About Us

Childwise is a digital space designed for parents of children aged 0–10 who are searching for clarity in the messy moments.

We help you move away from a culture of control and consequences, moving instead toward curiosity and skill-building.

Whether your child is neurotypical or neurodiverse, our platform provides evidence-informed courses that address the day-to-day challenges of parenting.

We help you solve the problem of feeling overwhelmed by your child's actions by teaching you to look beneath the behaviour to understand what is being communicated.

Meet the Founder

"I apply what I’ve learned to my parenting, but this doesn’t mean I don’t struggle."

I’m Dr. Tasha—a Behaviour Analyst and, perhaps most importantly, a mum.

With over 15 years of experience working with children and complex behaviours, I’ve spent my career helping parents turn feelings of anger and anxiety into empathy and understanding.

I’ve seen firsthand how shifting your perspective allows for more effective, compassionate action.

Even with my background, my newest role as a mother has been my most profound teacher.

While my professional knowledge doesn't make me a "perfect" parent , it does give me a sense of confidence. Even when my day catches up with me, I have a roadmap; I know what I need to do and, more importantly, what I need to teach my children.

My parenting mantra has always been to "find a balance" and "choose your battles." Parenting is both tough and beautiful, and I believe we must be kind to ourselves in order to be the best for our kids. I created Childwise because I know that parents want the absolute best for their children. I know what it’s like to lie awake at night wondering what could have been done differently, searching for answers on how to respond better. Childwise exists to give you the practical tools, the evidence, and the community to help you be the version of yourself your children need.
